Review monitoring
Hear about every new review the moment it lands
We watch your Google reviews for you and send an alert for each new one. Low ratings come first, so none of them sit there unanswered.

What you get
You stay with your customers. We keep an eye on Google and tell you when something needs you.
An alert for every new review
Each new Google review reaches you right away, with the stars, the words and the name of the person who wrote it.
Low ratings at the top
Anything at 3 stars or under is flagged "Needs a reply today", so the reviews that matter most never get buried.
A reply ready to post
Every alert comes with a reply drafted with AI in your tone. Read it, change a word if you like, then post it.
How it works
- 1
Tell us where you are on Google
Send us your business name and town. We find your Google profile. There is nothing for you to install.
- 2
We watch for new reviews
Every new review is picked up and sorted by rating as soon as it appears on your profile.
- 3
You get the alert
Good reviews arrive with a thank-you drafted. Low ratings are flagged first, with a calm reply ready to go.
Your whole week on one card
Next to the alerts, you get a short weekly summary: how many reviews came in, your average, how many got a reply and which ones were flagged.

Questions about monitoring
Something else on your mind? Email hello@fivefold.com and a person will write back.
Right after it shows up on your Google profile. If it is a low rating, the same alert flags it so you see it first.
